Stops active leaks at the source. Trusted by contractors across Mumbai MMR.
Reacts with moisture. Expands up to 27x. Forms a permanent watertight seal.

A three-step injection method used by professional waterproofing crews to seal active leaks from inside the structure.

Holes are drilled at an angle along the crack and metal injection packers are fitted at measured intervals to create sealed entry points.

GS 500 is pumped under pressure through each packer. It reacts with moisture inside the crack, expands up to 27x, and fills the void completely.

Packers are removed once injection is complete. Entry holes are sealed with cement mortar, leaving the crack permanently closed from within.
Yes. It is moisture-activated and reacts with water present in the crack. It is the correct product for wet, damp, and actively flowing crack conditions. Surface coatings cannot stop active leakage — injection is the right method.
PU injection is for wet, active, or moisture-bearing cracks where water control is the goal. Epoxy injection is for dry, stable structural cracks where restoring load capacity is the goal. Using the wrong product for the condition is a common site error.
Injection packers (13mm or 16mm), a hand-operated or pneumatic injection pump, connecting tubing, and a drill. Contact ADT Industries for equipment guidance before starting work.
Consumption depends on crack length, width, depth, and void formation behind the crack face. Contact our team with your site dimensions for a project-specific estimate.
